My wife and I weren't sure we were even financially ready to purchase a home within our budget that met our expectations. With the market as hot as it is in this area, everything we found on our own was out of our budget or in desperate need of major repair. Susan's communication was amazing, and was in contact with us numerous times a week and was available and responsive to us pretty much 24/7 (yes, even those 1 am text messages got replies). Within 2 weeks Susan found us our home. New construction. Bigger than we had our expectations set at, under our max budget, and smack in the middle of our desired area. Susan's expertise and awesomeness didn't stop there. On top of the standard builder's incentives, Susan was also able to get us $10,000 in free upgrades that we weren't expecting. After we went under contract, Susan remained there every step of the way. From being present at every construction walkthrough, to raising concerns we had as construction progressed, to even pointing out things to be fixed on our final punch list that we had personally missed. Susan had been an agent for family members so there was no doubt we'd be satisfied with her services, but until you experience working with her, you'll never know what a valuable asset she is for any buyer or seller."
